4W1B-X-ray Fluorescence Microanalysis | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4W1B is a X-ray fluorescence microanalysis beamline and locates at IV quadrant of BEPC and 12# experimental hall. In the quasi monochromatic light K-B focus mode, the beamsize could achieve at 10μm, which can be used for micro-area and micro-quality analysis. Meanwhile, it also make use of capillary lens to get a beamsize in the range of 30-100μm, which can be used for micro-XRF and micro-XANES. This beamline only runs in the dedicated mode of synchrotron radiation.
Supported techniques: Micro-XRF and micro-XANES Grazing incidence and emergence analysis Resonant inelastic X-ray scattering
Scopes: Geoscience Biomedicine Environmental science Materials Archeology Physics
