The 2nd Cross-Strait Synchrotron Radiation Research Symposium
From: PublishDate:2012-03-19 Hits:

CSRRS ( Cross-Strait Synchrotron Radiation Research Symposium ) first took place as a 4-day program held in Beijing in October 1993, gathering researchers and scientists of 3 synchrotron light sources, namely Chinese Academy of Sciences-Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP), National Synchrotron Radiation laboratory-University of Science and Technology of China (NSRL), and National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC), to share their synchrotron accelerator-based technology and research developments. The function of the CSRRS, among others, is to offer a platform for researchers from two-strait regions to collaborate in the advanced technological and research developments. After nearly 2 decades, initiated by the original 3 institutes plus Chinese Academy of Sciences-Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics (SINAP), the 2nd CSRRS (http://www.icg.nsrrc.org.tw/csrrs2012/) is resumed with much welcome and will be hosted by the NSRRC, co-organized by IHEP, NSRL and SINAP, and held in Hsinchu City, from August 27 - 30, 2012.
